Market Maps Interactive

★ Three Patterns We Keep Seeing ★

The Paper Map Pattern

The biggest antique centers in the country hand shoppers paper maps and pencils at the security desk because the building is too big to navigate without them.

We’d hand them an interactive one — pinch-to-zoom, search-by-category, updated the moment a booth changes hands.

The “Coming Soon” Page

One swap meet’s vendor list page currently reads: “We are currently working on displaying our merchant’s information on our website.” An operator paying staff to apologize for the gap.

We close the gap. Every vendor gets a real page Google can index.

The Spreadsheet Tax

Quail’s own marketing names what its software replaces: “a sprawling Excel spreadsheet.” Spreadsheets are the universal pre-software baseline.

We replace the spreadsheet without forcing you to also rip out your POS.

★ The Live Demo ★

See It Live at Saguaro Sands

Saguaro Sands Marketplace is a fictional Las Vegas swap meet we built on MMI — 180 booths under one air-conditioned roof. Tour the live demo to click an interactive floor map, search vendors by category, and browse real vendor pages. Exactly what your shoppers would see at your venue.

What you’d hand to your shoppers instead of a paper map.

★ The Gaps We Fill ★

We’ve Heard These Gaps — Here’s What We Do

Five gaps shoppers, vendors, and reviewers of the leading software keep naming. Each one anchored on a real voice from the field, each one paired with the MMI surface that closes it.

What we heard

“Step inside and grab the paper map near the entrance, then pause to set a simple plan. You will appreciate marking restrooms, the cafe, and showcase areas before diving into the maze.”

What we do

Interactive Floor Map

Your floor plan, turned interactive. Every booth clickable, every aisle searchable. Shoppers find their favorite vendor before they leave the house. The map updates the moment a booth changes hands — no PDF, no re-photocopying.

What we do

Searchable Public Vendor Directory

Every vendor at your venue gets a real page Google can index — name, specialty, hours, photos, contact. Shoppers searching for “vintage cameras in Springfield” land on your venue, not Facebook. The same data drives the floor map: search the directory, see the booth highlight.

→ Try it live

What we heard

“We are currently working on displaying our merchant’s information on our website.”
A swap meet’s own “Our Merchants” page, as of May 2026. The operator knows the gap is real enough to publish a placeholder.

What we heard

“This indoor swap meet is pretty empty with several empty stalls, giving the vibe that you don’t know how long this swap meet will still be around.”
Verbatim shopper review of an indoor swap meet, Yelp. The pain isn’t always real emptiness — it’s stale listings making a healthy venue look dead.

What we do

Vendor Self-Service Portal

Vendors log in and update their own profiles, photos, and product lists. The portal is mobile-first — vendors update from their phone between transactions. When a vendor leaves, the booth comes off the map automatically until you assign a new tenant.

What we do

Operator Dashboard — Without Replacing Your POS

We sit on top of Square, Clover, or whatever payment processor you already run. Your operator dashboard tracks booth assignments, vendor records, pending applications, and an audit log of every change. Your POS still handles the dollars — we replace the spreadsheet wrapped around it.

→ See how it works

What we heard

Most operators track booth assignments, vendor contacts, and lease terms in one master spreadsheet on one laptop. When a booth changes hands or a vendor leaves, the spreadsheet falls behind first — and the next person who needs an answer asks three people who’s current.
Pattern described in operator-advice blogs and antique-mall management forums

What we heard

Operators across the industry describe the same friction: vendors are usually part-timers with day jobs, and can’t be reached quickly by phone or text.

What we do

Vendor Message Board + Inbox

A shared message board for venue-wide announcements plus a per-vendor inbox for one-to-one updates. Vendors check it when they’re ready; you don’t play phone tag with 200 part-time business owners. Every message logged — when the conversation matters, you have it.

★ How It Works ★

From Handshake to Live in 30 Days (Typical)

Week 1 — Discovery & Quote

A 30-minute call to walk through your venue, your vendors, your current site. You send us your existing floor plan — PDF, image, or even a hand sketch — and a fixed-price quote comes back within 5 business days. No salespeople, no obligation.

Weeks 2–3 — Build

We turn your floor plan into a live interactive map, set up the directory, import your vendor list, design the public site, and configure the operator dashboard. A working private preview link lands mid-week 2 so you can poke around before launch.

Week 4 — Launch

DNS pointed, vendor logins activated, manager trained on the operator dashboard. From day 31 onward we keep it running — hosting, updates, backups, and the inevitable surprises.

★ Day 31 Onward ★

What You Don’t Have to Think About

Once you’re live, we keep it running. None of this you’ll see — all of it you’d notice if it stopped.

Hosting & Uptime

Your venue’s site stays up. We monitor it 24/7 and you don’t get a dashboard to log into — you just don’t get the “site is down” call.

Daily Backups

Every day, retained 30 days. If anything ever goes sideways — bad import, accidental delete — we roll back.

Security Patches

WordPress core, plugins, themes — patched on our schedule, before the next news cycle about WordPress vulnerabilities.

Plugin Compatibility

When WordPress updates, we make sure your floor map and directory still work. You don’t get to be the one who finds out they broke.

Vendor Account Help

Vendor locked out? Forgotten password? Profile got weird? They call us, we unstick them. You don’t get pulled into IT support.

The 2 a.m. Call

When something does actually break, you have a phone number that picks up — not a ticket queue, not an offshore tier-1.

Built and operated by Synergistic Techs — a hosting company first, venue software second.

★ Who It’s For ★

Any Venue with Vendors that Need to Be Found

Right now we’re focused on indoor markets — swap meets, antique malls, flea markets — but the platform is purpose-built for any venue with mappable spaces and tenants.

Swap Meets

Permanent booths, weekend traffic, manager-on-site reality. We help you keep them full and your gate counts predictable.

Antique Malls

Hundreds of dealers, a paper map at the door, a “current vendors” PDF on a Squarespace site. We replace the PDF with a live map and give every dealer a real page.

Flea Markets

Outdoor and indoor mixed? Seasonal vs permanent vendors? We map the whole footprint and handle both tenancy models in one system.

Event Venues

Festival, expo, monthly market? Drop in the floor map for the event, swap the vendors per cycle, keep the URL stable across events.

★ Plans & Pricing ★

Sold as a Service, Priced per Venue

Setup pays for the build. Monthly covers hosting, support, and everything you don’t want to think about. No per-vendor or per-transaction fees — pick the tier that matches where you’re starting, or see the full breakdown.
