★ How Pricing Works ★

Three Things Move the Needle

1. Venue size. A 50-booth flea market and a 1,400-booth antique center take different amounts of work to map and configure. The floor plan, the vendor import, the booth assignment setup — all scale with venue size.

2. Floor plan complexity. A rectangular building with parallel aisles is straightforward. A multi-building campus with outdoor sections, irregular geometry, and seasonal vs permanent zones is more work. We review your floor plan during the discovery call so the quote reflects the actual shape of your venue.

3. Integrations. If you want MMI to talk to your existing POS, accounting system, or portfolio-level management tools, that’s bespoke work. Most single-site venues don’t need any integrations beyond the basics, which we include.

Things that don’t move the price: number of vendors, number of shoppers, traffic volume, hours of operation, number of pages on your marketing site. We don’t charge by the seat or by the transaction.

★ Quick Q&A ★

Five Questions That Point You at a Tier

  • Do you already have a WordPress site you like the look of?
Yes → probably Map Add-On.   No, or it needs work → probably Full Rebuild.
  • Are you between 300 and 750 booths?
That’s the Growth sweet spot — bigger floor plan, more vendor data, more support load than a typical Full Rebuild.
  • Do you operate three or more venues under shared ownership?
Yes → Enterprise. Per-property pricing, portfolio dashboard, dedicated account manager.
  • Is your current website a PDF map on a Squarespace page or a Facebook group?
Yes → Full Rebuild. Starting from scratch is genuinely easier than retrofitting either of those.
  • Do you need MMI to integrate with an existing system?
Yes → Enterprise, unless it’s a single one-off integration we can quote as a Full Rebuild add-on.

★ Same Process for All Tiers ★

From Handshake to Live in 30 Days (Typical)

Week 1

Discovery call (30 minutes). You send us your existing floor plan; fixed-price quote returned within 5 business days for most venues.

Weeks 2–3

Build phase. Your floor plan converted to interactive, vendor list imported, site assembled. Preview link delivered mid-week 2.

Week 4

Launch. Domain pointed, vendor logins activated, manager training session held. Day 31 onward: we keep it running.

Complex venues or multi-property rollouts run longer — we’ll say so in the quote.

★ Day 31 Onward ★

What You Don’t Have to Think About

Every tier above includes this. Once you’re live, we keep it running — none of this you’ll see, all of it you’d notice if it stopped.

Hosting & Uptime

Your venue’s site stays up. We monitor it 24/7 and you don’t get a dashboard to log into — you just don’t get the “site is down” call.

Daily Backups

Every day, retained 30 days. If anything ever goes sideways — bad import, accidental delete — we roll back.

Security Patches

WordPress core, plugins, themes — patched on our schedule, before the next news cycle about WordPress vulnerabilities.

Plugin Compatibility

When WordPress updates, we make sure your floor map and directory still work. You don’t get to be the one who finds out they broke.

Vendor Account Help

Vendor locked out? Forgotten password? Profile got weird? They call us, we unstick them. You don’t get pulled into IT support.

The 2 a.m. Call

When something does actually break, you have a phone number that picks up — not a ticket queue, not an offshore tier-1.

Built and operated by Synergistic Techs — a hosting company first, venue software second.

Send Us Your Venue Details

Four things: your venue name, your approximate vendor count, your existing floor plan, and a link to your current site (or a note saying you don’t have one). For most venues, you’ll get a fixed-price quote within 5 business days. No sales follow-up, no obligation.
